This is a great option for the beginning yogi who would like a slower pace with clear guidance. Learn how to move with your breath and establish a strong mind-body connection.
Breath with movement, our flow classes focus on dynamic strength and balance. This challenging class guides you into a flow state by moving from one posture to the next using your breath, aiding alignment, and building a strong foundation. Each teacher has their own style and all levels are invited.

Set in a soothing, dimly lit environment, this class combines the dynamic movements of vinyasa yoga with the warmth of a heated room. The gentle glow of candlelight enhances relaxation while you flow through a series of fluid poses, deepening your practice and releasing tension. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a tranquil escape and a revitalizing boost for both body and mind.
This morning class is designed to ground and rejuvenate. With a focus on grounding flows, stretching, and cultivating a loving, peaceful energy, this session blends calming movements and heat to help you center yourself and rise into the weekend feeling balanced and refreshed.
Explore the perfect balance of strength, mobility, and mindfulness in this 75-minute class. Movement Lab is designed to challenge your body, improve flexibility, and develop strength, all while focusing on breath and body awareness. You’ll work on building balance, range of motion, and mobility in a supportive, fun environment. Each class includes a moment to focus on your personal goals, because your practice is your own!
This 1.5 hour class is hosted every Friday and Saturday in the summer months. We paddle to Owl's Creek and practice asanas with a certified water safety yoga instructor. Join us this summer!

Our studio features a hand-painted mural created by a local Virginia Beach artist. The mural is an homage to the natural beauty of Virginia.
Our convenient location in Lynnhaven features one primary studio room where we conduct all classes and private sessions. The studio room is mirrored on two sides and can accommodate up to 24 mats in a single class.
We have mats available if you forget yours, or if you're new to yoga!
We also proudly provide Liforme mats for purchase in studio. These mats are specifically designed for hot classes, and are grippy when dry AND when wet.
Yoga blocks are available for all students to use. We encourage modifying to honor your individual practice!

We offer energizing, strength building Hot Vinyasa Yoga with 3 different levels and non-heated Yin and Gentle Yoga with an emphasis on building mindfulness and stillness.
