Class Styles

Hot Yoga

o A series of 26-30 postures, this is the foundational class of Yoga. Hot class uses the breath to stabilize the body, which then stabilizes the mind. This class combines basic sequencing, balance, twists and core stability.

Hot Flow (Vinyasa)

o   Flow classes focus on the breath much more than other classes. One breath, one movement moving into the flow states using sun salutations, warrior flows, balancing flows while activating the core and strengthening the entire body. 

Candlelight Restorative Yoga Monday, Wednesday 7:00pm

o   Non-heated practice, this class develops strength, balance, relaxation, and focus. Since it is a candlelight class, balances will feel more challenging, but the goal of the candlelight is to avoid the judgments of yourself and just to feel your body. We delve deep into a longer 15 minute meditation to really tap into the storehouse within.

Candlelight Hot Flow Friday 4:00pm

o   This is a heated flow(vinyasa) class set in a dark room with candlelight and music to encourage students to let go of thinking and move from feeling. The instructor will practice with the students giving minimal instruction, and recommending students to move intuitively, and let go of distractions. Modifications and deeper expressions are welcomed. We suggest students have at least tried one yoga class before participating.


Early Morning Hot Yoga 6:30 AM MWF

o This class begins at 6:30 AM and will be a combination of asanas and core strengthening postures, breathwork and deep stretching to improve your posture for greater poise, balance, strength and flexibility. We will use the principles around "unwinding the twist" to improve hip function and core strength, creating length and strength in the muscles.

Midday Yoga Refresh M.T.W.Thursday

o  THis class meets for 30 minutes Monday and Tuesday and 60 minites Wednesday and Thursday. 

We  will start with asana (movement) and pranayama (breathwork) to burn off the restless energy, anxiety & stress you may have at the height of your day. Then we will dive deep into guided meditation and learn to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the mind, body and emotions.
