The Sanctuary is available for full day rentals, short-term and long-term, for wellness practitioners, teachers, and healers. It’s an ideal space for small gatherings, private clients, or specialty workshops.
Studio 8 has always been about more than movement; it’s about connection, creativity, and sovereignty. The Sanctuary was created to give our community a dedicated space for practices that nurture the whole individual in a more intimate setting. We also wanted to create a space where local practitioners can share their craft with the community in a way that’s low-cost, low-risk, and offers both stability and high vibes, so they can focus on what they love while growing their offerings with confidence and ease.

A 75-minute 1:1 reading is an introduction to your design. You will learn your Type and Strategy, your Authority, your Profile, and the configuration of your defined and undefined centers. We look at where you are consistent, where you are open to conditioning, and how to begin experimenting with decisions that come from the body rather than from mental pressure.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about deconditioning and returning to your own mechanics. Your session can take place inside Studio 8’s sanctuary or virtually from your own space.
