This Foundational Class improves balance and strengthens core muscles, increases elasticity and focus which helps improve a feeling of peace and confidence.
Offered 7 Days a Week:
One breath, one movement in a synchronous dynamic heated flow class that increases and strengthens cardio, helps with wieght loss, flexibility and increases bone density.
Breathe and dive into this candlelight class. A great way to relax and move with your body.

Non-heated with long holds to release fascia. Pam guides you through a relaxing deep class with a 15-minute meditation at the end. This class is 1 hour and 15 minutes. It meets the second and third week of every month.
Re-energize with a 60 minute flow class that picks you up in the middle of the day!
This is a non-heated class that develops strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation and mental concentration. These classes are designed for beginners to advanced participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. This is a joint freeing and strengthening series and warm up, balancing poses, twists, hip openers.
