Breath with movement, our flow classes focus on dynamic strength and balance. We build neural connections by practicing grace and control in fun transitions, build cardiovascular fitness and bone density, and gain a peaceful mind by remaining calm and steady throughout.
This class offers an increased pace with challenging asanas, inversions and backbends. For the yogi who wants to go the next level up.

Non-heated with long supported holds.Yin is deeply relaxing and is intended to let fascia (tough fibrous tissue that holds us together!) release.
This is a non-heated class for beginners to advanced participants and provides a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. This is a joint freeing and strengthening series and warm up, balancing poses, twists, hip openers.
This is not yoga, but the heat is on! Develop mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion in a more casual class atmosphere, skipping traditional vinyasa flows. If you regularly do any type of activity, this class is for you.
This 1.5 hour class is hosted every Friday and Saturday in the summer months. We paddle to Owl's Creek and practice asanas with a certified water safety yoga instructor. Join us this summer!

Our studio features a hand-painted mural created by a local Virginia Beach artist. The mural is an homage to the natural beauty of Virginia.
Our convenient location in Lynnhaven features one primary studio room where we conduct all classes and private sessions. The studio room is mirrored on two sides and can accommodate up to 24 mats in a single class.
We have mats available if you forget yours, or if you're new to yoga!
We also proudly provide Liforme mats for purchase in studio. These mats are specifically designed for hot classes, and are grippy when dry AND when wet.
Yoga blocks are available for all students to use. We encourage modifying to honor your individual practice!
