This is a hot class designed for the beginning student who would like a slower pace and explicit instruction. However, the instructor will design the class to fit the needs of the class. Please let the instructor know if you have any injuries you are working on to bring back into balance.
This heated dynamic form of practice moves you through a steady pace incorporating warrior poses, and twists, balancing poses, core-work, spine strengthening, and hip openers. This class concludes with a restorative and relaxing savasana enhanced by an optional cool cloth.
This class offers an increased pace with challenging asanas, inversions and backbends. For the yogi who wants to go the next level up.
This is not yoga, but the heat is on! Develop mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion in a more casual class atmosphere, skipping traditional vinyasa flows. If you regularly do any type of activity, this class is for you.
This is a non-heated class that develops strength, balance, flexibility, relaxation and mental concentration. These classes are designed for beginners to advanced participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. This is a joint freeing and strengthening series and warm up, balancing poses, twists, hip openers.
This class has an extended savasanah and meditation with candlelight and singing bowl to help you into a deep relaxed state.
Non heated with long holds to release faschia. Pam guides you through a relaxing deep class with a 15 minute meditation at the end. This class is 1 hour and 15 minutes. It meets the second and third week of every month.

Most of our classes are one-hour long. Our Yin Yoga class is 75 minutes, including the 15 minute meditation at the end.
