Breath with movement, our hot vinyasa classes focus on dynamic strength and balance. This challenging class guides you into a flow state by moving from one posture to the next using your breath, aiding alignment and building a strong foundation. This practice incorporates warrior poses, twists, balancing postures, core strengtheners, and hip openers. This class concludes with a restorative savasana enhanced by an optional cool cloth. Each teacher has their own style and all levels are invited.

This non-heated yoga class is suitable for all levels, offering therapeutic modifications for each student's needs. The focus is on slow, thoughtful movements, stretching, breathing, and healing principles. The session concludes with a calming savasana meditation with candlelight and a singing bowl to guide you into a profoundly relaxed state.
This restorative class offers non-heated passive poses with longer holds to help release fascia, calm the mind and body, and improve flexibility. This is a slow and quiet contemplative practice working deeply into your body, focusing on breathing and finding comfort in the discomfort. Including a 15 minute meditation at the end, this class is 75 minutes and meets the first Thursday of every month.
