This is a great option for the beginning yogi who would like a slower pace with clear guidance. Learn how to move with your breath and establish a strong mind-body connection.

This warm class blends yoga and Pilates for a full-body experience that builds strength, balance, and connection. We start with breath and centering, move into Pilates-style core work, then flow through yoga postures before closing with a calming cool down and Savasana. BYO hand weights for a little extra fire!
Seva — a Sanskrit word meaning selfless service — is the heart behind our Seva Series.
These donation-based classes offer space to move, breathe, and reconnect, while giving back to local organizations making a difference right here in South East VirginiA. Each class supports a rotating local nonprofit, with 100% of donations going directly to the organization.
Come as you are. Practice with purpose. Join us as we serve our community — one class at a time.
The Seva Series takes place every other Saturday at 11:00am, beginning June 28th. Each class offers a different style and intention, led by rotating Studio 8 teachers. All are welcome — no experience needed. Suggested donation: $10
A 75-minute heated class that blends guided flow with open practice time. You’ll have space to explore your own movement, receive hands-on adjustments, and capture photos or videos of your poses. Move freely, reflect deeply, and honor your practice in your own way.

A gently warm class designed to restore balance through slow, intentional movement and breath. Expect fluid flows, mindful stretches, and space to reconnect with yourself — a reset for body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga offers a long list of benefits—many of which go beyond the mat. You might notice improved strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and mobility. Over time, it can also help regulate your nervous system, support better sleep and digestion, lift your mood, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. Honestly, we could keep going… but the best way to understand the benefits is to experience them for yourself.
All levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged to start with Hot Foundations—also perfect for experienced yogis revisiting the basics. Form & Flow is also beginner friendly, offering breath-led movement through a fusion of Pilates and warm yoga flows. Hot Vinyasa is ideal for those with an established practice, while Movement Lab offers accessible, mobility-focused movement for every body. Wherever you are, our teachers will meet you there.
Take it at your own pace. Hydrate well before class (and after), and feel free to rest anytime during your practice. Our classes are welcoming to all levels, and our instructors are here to support you. No pressure, no expectations—all you have to do is breathe.
Arrive 10–20 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in at the front desk, settle into the space, and prepare to move with intention. Doors lock at class time to respect the flow and safety of the session.
Booking ahead is recommended. You can reserve your spot through our website or on the Wellness Living Achieve app.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. But don’t worry if you forget—mats and towels are available to rent, and we have water and gear for sale at the front desk. Just come as you are—we’ve got you covered.
All of our yoga classes are 60 minutes and Movement Lab is 75 minutes.
