Kat, a full-time firefighter and paramedic, is also a RYT-500 yoga instructor who shares her passion for yoga with everyone she meets. She practices daily, even at the fire station, and draws on her background as a personal trainer and massage therapist to elevate her classes.

Laura Ragusa, RYT 500, combines her dual nationality and love for nature with her yoga practice. Passionate about hiking, biking, and camping, she inspires others to connect with both their inner selves and the great outdoors.

Kate Burns, a dedicated yoga instructor since 2005, guides students of all levels—from beginners to advanced. With a flair for crafting diverse classes, she has experience leading 200-hour certification programs for aspiring yoga teachers.
